NURSING

A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

THERAPY SERVICES

Physical Therapist (PT) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

Our paraprofessional Home Health Aides (HHA) are trained, competent and perform assigned duties of personal care to the patient.
